  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain types of products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

These items are final sale due to their personalized nature or instant delivery format.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

Include photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your total.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please request a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
